Barry and I normally reside in New Zealand, but in 2009 we arranged to get married on the roof of our narrowboat, Northern Pride. Our 'official' wedding was arranged for December on a beach in our home town of Gisborne. The English wedding enabled all our family and friends there to witness our commitment to each other, and we had a Humanist celebrant to conduct the ceremony.
Peter Stokes and his crew did the video for our unusual/unique wedding. From the moment we made contact with him, he was professional and courteous. He arrived at the venue in plenty of time and was extremely organised.
When I arrived at the venue, his assistant came and took some footage of me with my parents and bridesmaids. They worked really hard under challenging circumstances to produce a fantastic finished memento of our special day, We would definitely recommend 'Advanced Video Productions' to anyone looking for an efficient and professional wedding video team.

When we started to arrange our wedding we did not think about a wedding video until friends of ours showed us their wedding video, it is so true that you miss so much on your wedding day and to see it all as it happened was for them truly fantastic.

I would like to say a big thank you to you and your team for producing a brilliant DVD for us, when the lads from the traffic department did the 125-mile trip in kayaks down the river Severn, to raise money for the Birmingham Children’s Hospital.

I just wanted to send you a quick note to say thank you so much for the editing work you did to our wedding video. Damian and I are so pleased with the results it is better than we could ever of expected we just wish that the wedding had been recorded by you.
We didn't realise what a difference a wedding video would make to our wedding memories. When a friend offered to record our big day we didn't give it a second thought but after the event we were so grateful to have the day on video. Video does bring memories to life and the way that you have been able to draw still photos from the video is extraordinary. The video has managed to capture really natural and relaxed photos which we have been able add to the more formal photos taken by our photographer.
There are so many things captured on video that you don't remember after the day so it is always wonderful to look back and have something to show our children one day.
